Description: This action will result in a task agreement award under the National Park Service Gulf Coast Cooperative EcoSystem Studies Unit (CESU). This is a Notice of Intent and a non-competitive award IAW DOI 505 DM 2.12C. Please see attached Full Announcement for more information. The purpose of the project is to determine exposure and injuries of the nesting adult Kemp’s ridley sea turtles that reside in the Gulf of Mexico and nest along the Texas shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico, resulting from exposure to released Deepwater Horizon MS Canyon 252 oil, dispersants and dispersed oil (hereafter referred to, collectively, as DWH/MSC252 oil or oil).
