This grant from the HEAL Initiative aims to advance efficacy and effectiveness research on recovery support services for individuals taking or who have taken medications for opioid use disorder (MOUDs). It provides infrastructure support to establish multi-stakeholder research networks. These networks will facilitate activities like meetings, pilot studies, data development, and educational opportunities. The purpose is to foster growth and build resources in priority recovery support areas, including active recovery communities, residences, education-based services, continuing care models, and services for specific minority health, health disparities, or underserved U.S. regions.
