Exchange alumni are a community of individuals who have participated in and completed a U.S. government-funded or sponsored exchange program in the United States or their home country.
In Nigeria, there are over 9,000 exchange alumni, many of whom are members of alumni associations across Nigeria that work together to solve challenges in their communities.
The U.S. Consulate seeks a qualified organization to plan and implement a one-day summit that will host 200 alumni to network, exchange ideas, and discuss solutions to community challenges. The proposal should include a detailed plan to organize and implement the following activities: · All logistics including securing a venue to lodge 200 alumni and hold the one-day summit. Alumni will arrive the day before the summit in the afternoon, attend the summit the next day, and depart the day after the summit.
Proposals should be detailed to include timelines, venue(s), suppliers, staffing, and budgets to cover all listed expectations, first aid, Covid-19 protocols, and other administrative charges. This notice outlines PAS’ funding priorities and the procedures for submitting funding applications.
