Proposed activities should primarily support refugee populations in Egypt. Programs must provide a beneficiary breakdown by proportion of Syrian refugee, non-Syrian refugee, and host community populations. Priority will be given to programs that target the most vulnerable populations. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees, to include programs where Syrian refugees constitute at least 50% of the target beneficiary population. Projects should demonstrate an emphasis on mainstreaming protection, including gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response and child protection, across proposed sectors and activities. |
