| Additional Information on Eligibility: | U.S. public school districts and U.S. accredited private educational institutions that are teaching students in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at the middle school level (Grades 6-8) are eligible to apply for awards under this Program. Each applicant U.S. public school district or U.S. accredited private educational institution is limited to nominating no more than one (1) teacher per school for participation in the NIST Summer Institute. The individual teachers that are nominated for participation in the NIST Summer Institute must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section III.1. of the FFO/Full Announcement. |
