However, institutions of higher education that are supported by a state or local government are eligible to apply in accordance with OMB 2 CFR 200 and DOL exceptions in 2 CFR 2900. In addition, Indian tribes, tribal organizations, Alaska Native entities, Indian-controlled organizations serving Indians, and Native Hawaiian organizations are eligible to apply in accordance with Executive Order 13175. Individuals, for profit organizations, and 501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations are not eligible to apply. |
