Additional Information on Eligibility: 1. Eligible Applicants: Community colleges (as defined in this notice), and two- and four-year public and private Historically Black colleges and universities (as defined in this notice), Tribal Colleges and Universities (as defined in this notice), other Minority-serving institutions (as defined in this notice), or a consortium or system of eligible institutions. For institutions other than community colleges, only institutions that the Department determines are eligible as Historically Black colleges and universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and other Minority-serving institutions, or which are granted a waiver in the notice published in the Federal Register one January 22, 2024 (89 FR 3916)announcing Eligibility Designations and Applications for Waiving Requirements, and that meet the other eligibility requirements described in this notice, may apply for a grant under those eligibility bases for this program.Note: The list of institutions designated as eligible for FY 2024 under titles III and V of the HEA is available at https://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ope/idues/eligibility.html.
