Eligible applicants include cities, towns, villages, counties, Indian Tribes, parishes,townships, and similar governmental subdivisions, or consortiums of such subdivisions, andgroups of individuals; but does not include for-profit entities. States, universities, and for-profitentities are not eligible for TAG funding. |
