Applicants must include a valid memorandum of understanding (MOU) and a letter of support from the commander of the regional/state ICAC Task Force agency with their applications. OJJDP will accept no other applications.
OJJDP welcomes joint applications from two or more eligible applicants; however, one applicant must be designated as the primary applicant for correspondence, award, and management purposes and the others as co-applicants. Agencies receiving funding under the FY 2010 Law Enforcement Strategies for Protecting Children from Commercial Sexual Exploitation are not eligible to receive funding under this solicitation. |
