This Modification 001 amends the Funding Opportunity Annoucement (FOA)to include $25,000 of FY 2011 funds available in the Eastern Oregon Area. The Bureau of Reclamation invites eligible applicants in the Eastern Idaho Area to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on activities that will either: 1. Promote the preparation of written water management and conservation plans that will lead to subsequent implementation of conveyance, measurement, or operational improvements which will conserve water, increase water use efficiency, or enhance operational efficiency; or
2.Implement activities identified in approved and written water management and/or conservation plans. Please refer to section I.1 of the FOA for more information regarding Reclamation Projects located in the Eastern Idaho Area.
