NO COMPETITION IS EXPECTED – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY. The purpose of this agreement is to promote the Secretary of the Interior�s Youth and the Great Outdoors initiative and the Service�s Connecting People With Nature Priority. The objective is to provide funding and technical assistance to Wolftree to support continued and expanded implementation of its Watershed Science Education Program (WSEP) and Project-Based Learning activities in Oregon and Southwest Washington. The Service and Wolftree have a mutual interest in increasing the scientific and geographic literacy of youth populations in the Pacific Northwest, and in providing opportunities to educate, engage, and train young adults with an aptitude and interest in working in natural resource conservation positions.
