This grant is for organizations to manage the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program’s operational components. The FLEX program promotes mutual understanding between the United States and Eurasia by offering secondary school students from the region an academic year in American society. This also allows U.S. citizens to experience Eurasian cultures. Grantees will recruit and select roughly 1,134 participants, process documents, conduct pre-departure orientations, organize travel, manage publications, provide overseas and domestic support, communicate with families, offer student and placement organization counseling, and plan alumni follow-up activities.
