OVW has partnered with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) within the Office of Justice Programs on an initiative to develop a National Service Line for Incarcerated Survivors of Sexual Abuse (Service Line Initiative). The Service Line Initiative is being administered as a two-phase project including a planning phase followed by an implementation phase. This solicitation is for the implementation phase.
