The USFWS intends to work jointly with the partners to develop data inventory methods, test methods on pilot Refuges and use inventoried data to determine critical data gaps and recommendations to address water issues on refuge lands. The award of contracts, modificaitons, or change orders and performance of all work on projects shall be exclusively within the control of the Government. |
