The Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) is offering this grant to strengthen research and critical thinking capabilities within Palestinian universities in the West Bank. This grant aims to foster stronger partnerships among these institutions to drive innovation and enhance private sector engagement in the Palestinian economy. Inspired by the 2016 U.S.-Palestinian Higher Education Dialogue, which identified limited research capacity as a significant barrier, this initiative seeks to improve higher education outcomes.
