Cleveland Metroparks is uniquely qualified due to an extenive and well-funded program to control non-native, invasive plants and has worked cooperatively with Cuyahoga Valley National Park to control invasives along mutual borders. Cleveland Metroparks is the largest, non-federal holder of public lands in the Cuyahoga River Watershed. It has the ability to share costs and expertise.
