The Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) New Entrant Safety Audit grants are governed by Title 49 of the United States Code (USC) Section 31104 and 31144 and Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 350. The Agency will inform applicants if new authorizing legislation changes its grant programs for federal fiscal year 2012.
