| Description: | The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to: 1) support research to understand and assess approaches to improve immunization delivery to persons who are living in jails and incarcerated; and 2) develop protocols and resources from these findings for use by healthcare providers for these populations and for immunization programs. This NOFO would support CDC Immunization Services Division and National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases priorities to improve adult immunization, particularly among priority populations, including adults with chronic medical conditions and those disproportionately affected. |
