The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) is offering the Silvio O. Conte Digestive Diseases Research Core Centers (DDRCCs) grant to enhance collaborative research in digestive and liver diseases. This NIDDK grant is for the purpose of bringing together basic and clinical investigators, fostering communication, collaboration, and effectiveness in ongoing research related to digestive and/or liver diseases. DDRCCs support shared resources, or ‘cores,’ which promote productivity, synergy, and new research ideas among funded investigators in a cost-effective manner.
