The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mission in Ethiopia – Health Office invites you to participate in any one of the three Industry Day events to learn about its upcoming health activities and contract/funding opportunities, interact with its technical team to clarify any questions, and network with other key stakeholders working to address Ethiopia’s health challenges.

 

The events will take place from 8AM to 5PM in:

✔      Addis Ababa: Friday October 14th, 2022.

✔      Hawassa: Wednesday October 19th, 2022.

✔      Bahir Dar: Monday October 31st, 2022.

The USAID |Ethiopia – Health Office activities to be addressed during the events include:

●       Quality Healthcare

●       Community Nutrition

●       Empowered Communities

●       Supply Chain for Health

●       Lowland Health in Oromia, SNNPR and Somali regions (at the Addis Ababa and Hawassa events only)

●       Afar Region Health (at the Addis Ababa event only)

 

These events are open to all relevant local, international and non-governmental organizations, civil society and community-based organizations, universities, professional associations and/or private sector businesses (including those working in health-related technical assistance, promotion, information management, capacity building, insurance, supply chain management etc.) interested in health funding opportunities.

Region-based stakeholders are highly encouraged to attend these events.

Due to limited space, in-person attendance will be allowed on first-come, first served basis and will be restricted to only 1 representative per organisation. (All COVID 19 precautions observed per EPHI guidelines)

The events will also have a virtual option for participants who prefer and/or cannot attend in person.

Note: pre-registration is a requirement for participation, as we will not accommodate any walk-ins.
