Organizations/Offerors interested in attending this meeting must register through an e-mail at indiarco@usaid.gov by 10 AM (New Delhi Time) on March 23, 2012. Entry will be limited to two persons per organization.

Questions submitted by 1700 hrs. on March 25, 2012 will be answered during the Pre-application meeting on March 27th. Additional questions may be submitted in writing through March 30th, 2012. Answers will be posted as an amendment to the RFA if necessary for application submission and/or if absence of such information would be prejudicial to other prospective applicants.
