USAID/India is offering the HIV/AIDS Partnership: Impact through Prevention, Private Sector and Evidence-based Programming (PIPPSE) grant to strengthen host country human and institutional technical capacity in support of the National AIDS Control Program-III/IV (NACP-III/IV). Answers will be posted as an amendment to the RFA if necessary for application submission and/or if absence of such information would be prejudicial to other prospective applicants.
