The Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD), part of HHS, is offering this cooperative agreement to establish a longitudinal data collection and analysis project. This grant is for the purpose of gathering comprehensive data on supports and services provided to families of individuals with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities. The selected project will develop key definitions, collect state-level baseline data, create standard State indicators, and profile existing supports and services. A key outcome involves developing an online data dashboard to track, compare, and contrast progress at both National and State levels. This initiative, authorized by the DD Act of 2000, aims to inform policies and enhance family support activities.
