Description: | The goal and objectives of the program in India is to develop the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to advocate for improved access to HIV Prevention to Care and Treatment Continuum services for KPs in underserved areas of India with an emerging HIV epidemic.
Objectives: By the end of three years the project will increase access to quality prevention, care and treatment services for Key Populations (KPs) in three focus states by: 1. Increasing the number of HIV, health and social welfare public and private sector institutions who provide KP sensitized services. The purpose of this FOA is to engage Civil Society Organizations (CSO) that are capable of increasing effective local health systems/services or networks to address the HIV response by increasing a national commitment to quality HIV activities especially for key populations (KPs). |
