It aims to enhance access to HIV testing, care, and prevention services, particularly for those unaware of their status, people living with HIV not on treatment, and priority populations, through a person-centered approach. The initiative will provide direct support and technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Affairs, strengthening their capacity in data analysis and utilization. Community organizations will be engaged to improve service uptake and retention. This effort aligns with the PEPFAR 2030 strategic direction to eliminate HIV/AIDS as a public health threat and sustainably strengthen the local public health system.
