Description: The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $60,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This NOFO will build on HIV case finding and comprehensive clinical services and support the implementation of direct service delivery (DSD) and technical assistance (TA) to 10 regions in Cameroon. Activities will support strategies for improving HIV prevention, case identification, linkage, same-day ART initiation, ART adherence and retention, prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), early infant diagnosis (EID), TB/HIV integration, viral load (VL) testing and suppression (VLS), HIV drug resistance testing, HIV surveillance, management of advanced HIV disease (AHD) and other HIV comorbidities including non-communicable diseases (NCDs), continuous use of patient-level data to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes, including the implementation of district-based programming to coordinate services delivery for health systems strengthening. Recipient(s) will be expected to implement innovative strategies to achieve and sustain the UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals across all subpopulations and provide TA, capacity building, and differentiated models of case identification, care, and treatment across the HIV and HIV/TB clinical cascade including but not limited to infants, children, adolescents, men, pregnant and breastfeeding women (PBFW), and key and priority populations (KPs/PPs). The recipient(s) will also contribute toward ensuring programmatic gains are sustained with greater engagement and ownership by the Government of the Republic of Cameroon (GRC).
