Additional Information on Eligibility: | To be eligible to receive a grant to establish or maintain a Special Issue Resource Center (SIRC) under Section 310 of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA)as amended by Section 201 of the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, Pub. L. 111-320, an entity shall be a private non-profit organization that focuses primarily on domestic violence and that can demonstrate the ability to meet the specific FVPSA eligibility requirements for the SIRC. For additional details on the eligibility requirements for SIRCs please see Section 310 of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act, as amended by Section 201 of the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, Pub. L. 111-320.
Faith-based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. |
