The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through its Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Planning Research and Evaluation (OPRE), is offering this grant to support the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of a Data Center for Family Self-Sufficiency. This grant is for establishing a central hub that will foster state and institutional capacity for data collection, linkage, and storage. The Center’s purpose is to provide high-quality data access to practitioners and policymakers engaged in family self-sufficiency programs and research. Operating independently, the Center will also collaborate with an affiliated Family Self-Sufficiency and Stability Research Network to enhance its reach and impact.
