Description: This FOA is modified. Changes are made to Section V.1.Criteria and Section VI.3. Reporting. In Section V.1. Criteria, point values for Approach are revised to 35 points and point values for Objective Work Plan (OWP) are revised to 20 points. In Section VI.3. Reporting, Federal Financial Reporting, text is revised to clarify that the pilot concerning the submission of reports to the HHS Payment Management System (PMS) will apply only to new FY 2016 awards.
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration for Native Americans (ANA) announces the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 funds for community-based projects for the Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance – Esther Martinez Immersion. The Esther Martinez Immersion provides funding to support three-year projects being implemented by Native American Language Nests, Survival Schools, and Restoration Programs in accordance with Pub.L. 109-394. Native American communities include American Indian tribes (federally-recognized and non-federally recognized), Native Hawaiians, Alaskan Natives, and Native American Pacific Islanders.
