Description: AF invites eligible and qualified organizations to submit proposals outlining a strategy to implement an evidence-based research project on contemporary conflict in the South Sudan region with a focus on weapons flows and arms trafficking. Suitable project proposals will include an implementation plan for field research, research deliverables, reporting and publication proposals (both for general public consumption and reports intended for international policy makers) as well as tracking tools, database tracker and a potential early warning alert system to inform policy planning of conflict dynamics related to weapons flows.
