Researchers working at the Federally Funded Research and Development Centers and Government Laboratories will not be considered for the HEL MRI competition as the principal investigator, though they may be involved in subcontract awards. FFRDCS may be eligible in accordance with FAR 17.504(e), 35.017(a)(2) and DFARS 235.017. The principal investigator must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident. Foreign Universities and research institutions may only be involved in subcontract awards. |
