| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Planning Grants: Applicants are limited to state* governments without enabling statutes or regulations.
Implementation and Enhancement Grants: Applicants are limited to state governments that have in place an enabling statute or regulation requiring the submission of controlled substance prescription data to an authorized state agency. Within Category 3 in FY 2010, funding priority will be given to applicants who propose to implement information sharing with other state Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMPs) within the grant period using the prescription monitoring information exchange (PMIX) specifications. |
