Enhancement applicants may also apply under the Joint Adult Drug Court Solicitation to Enhance Services, Coordination, and Treatment. For Category 3: Statewide, applicants are limited to state agencies such as the State Administering Agency (SAA), the Administrative Office of the Court, and the state Alcohol and Substance Abuse Agency. |
