Description: The Bureau of Justice Assistance’s (BJA) Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Training and Technical Assistance Program supports the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program (JMHCP). This program is funded through the Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Act of 2004 (MIOTCRA) (Public Law 108-414), which was reauthorized in 2008 (Public Law 110-416). BJA is seeking a training and technical assistance (TTA) provider to deliver TTA to grantees to assist with their efforts to plan, implement, or expand adult or juvenile justice and mental health collaboration programs.
