Using SCA appropriations, BJA and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) award grants directly to state and local governments, federally recognized Indian tribes, and nonprofit organizations to provide and improve reentry services with the goal of reducing recidivism. |
