The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming (BLM WY) is offering this grant to enhance the understanding and conservation of special status plant species and their habitats across Wyoming. This grant is for the primary purpose of conducting comprehensive surveys, research, and monitoring of federally listed and BLM sensitive plant populations. Key activities include evaluating the conservation needs of these species, undertaking population research and monitoring, and completing detailed habitat evaluations and modeling. This initiative aims to improve our knowledge of sensitive biological resources on public lands, thereby empowering federal land managers and biologists to effectively plan for the conservation and protection of threatened and endangered plant species and their vital habitats.
