The Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) is offering this grant to establish a consistent national Transportation Disruption and Disaster Statistics (TDADS) program. This grant seeks a multi-state coalition of State Departments of Transportation and other agencies to develop a comprehensive national system. BTS will execute a Cooperative Agreement with a State transportation department, metropolitan planning organization, or institution of higher education on behalf of a coalition. The TDADS Program will feature data, statistics, dashboards, and tools for analyzing and understanding multimodal interstate and inter-regional transportation system disruptions.
