The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) is offering a grant to enhance security in Senegal. The grant’s purpose is to assess early indicators of violent extremist organization (VEO) activity and operations. It will fund initiatives that identify these signs and provide targeted awareness training. This training will empower local communities and law enforcement to recognize and respond to VEO threats. The grant aims to build local capacity and resilience against violent extremism, strengthening Senegal’s security. This is an opportunity for organizations to submit Statements of Interest and Capacity.
