The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’ Office of Citizen Exchanges is offering an open grant competition to conduct the Professional Fellows Program (PFP). This grant is for U.S. public and non-profit organizations (501(c)(3)) to implement a two-way, global exchange program. The PFP aims to promote mutual understanding, enhance leadership skills, and foster sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from foreign countries and the United States.
