The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA/A/E/USS) is offering this grant to support the design and implementation of the Study of the United States Institute on U.S. National Security Policymaking. This grant is for creating an intensive, academically rigorous program aimed at up to 18 experienced foreign university educators and professionals. The institute’s purpose is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of U.S. approaches to national security policymaking, both historical and contemporary.
