The project will benefit the visiting public through enhanced facilities, more effective interpretation and increased public safety. It will provide the regional community with long term preservation of the historic resources at this iconic site. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to provide economic stimulus funding to create and maintain jobs, stimulate the economy, encourage infrastructure investment, and enhance BLM?s national system of public lands.
