The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Headquarters is offering this grant opportunity to establish national Master Cooperative Agreements with qualifying Youth and Conservation Organizations. This initiative, supported by funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) for Fiscal Year 2023, aims to strengthen partnerships that engage young people in critical conservation, restoration, and infrastructure improvement projects on public lands. The grant seeks to build capacity within these organizations, enabling them to expand their impact through significant environmental stewardship. These agreements will facilitate long-term collaborations, allowing organizations to develop and implement programs that not only benefit natural resources but also provide valuable training and employment opportunities for youth in the field of land management.
