The Catalog for Domestic Assistance (CFDA) is 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(10). Modification amount: $1,031,497.13. The project provides for the design and related services and overall support leading to the construction of the selected alternative for the Fish Passage Improvement Project at the Red Bluff Diversion Dam, Central Valley Project, California. The design iterations required have resulted in a significant increase in the required effort to successfully design and prepare for construction of a mitigation plan.
