Description: | The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to Delta Stewardship Council under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $322,933.21 with Reclamation providing $134,841.89 for Fiscal Year 2013. The purpose of this annual review is to inform NMFS, US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Reclamation (USBR) and Department of Water Resources (DWR) as to the efficacy of the prior yearÂ’s water operations and regulatory actions prescribed by the RPAs, and to determine if there is any justification for amending specific measures in the RPAs to reflect new information. The principal objectives of this experiment are to: (1) Conduct the Annual Science Review Workshop, and (2) Generate program management tools to help improve the annual review process.
