| Description: | The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Center for Natural Lands Management under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA), Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1). Estimated total amount of agreement is $254,160.99. The purpose of this project is to permanently restore habitat for the Bakersfield cactus to help prevent the species from becoming further endangered, and would provide permanently protected habitats to assist with the species’ recovery and potential future delisting.
