Description: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to University of California, Davis under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $456,012.00. Reclamation is providing $456,012.00 in Fiscal Year 2016. The objectives of the project are to:

Objective #1: Document water quality conditions

Objective #2: Assess food resources and dynamics

Objective #3: Determine salmonid growth rates in upper Sacramento River
