BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for the Sacramento River Joint Intake Project which consists of a fish screen to prevent the entrainment of endangered anadromous fish. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2015. Estimate award date of modification: on or about September 12, 2014. Estimate award for modification amount: $1,615,108. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
