Description:: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to the Klamath River Inter-Tribal Fish and Water Commission, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.517, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act. Estimated amount: $100,000.00. Reclamation proposes to fund the continuation of the support for the Klamath River Inter-Tribal Fish and Water Commission. The purpose of funding for this project is to assist in restoring and protecting the treaty rights and resources held within the Klamath River Basin. (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No. R13AS20007 for additional information)

A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(2) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
