Description: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC), under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(16) and 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $2,743,347.00. Reclamation purpose is to collect essential baseline environmental information relevant to the continued and future operation of the Central Valley Project. The primary objective of this project is to continue to monitor the annual abundance and distribution of adult winter-run and spring-run Chinook salmon returning to spawn in the Upper Sacramento River Basin.
