Estimated total amount of agreement is $2,743,347.00. Reclamation purpose is to collect essential baseline environmental information relevant to the continued and future operation of the Central Valley Project. The primary objective of this project is to continue to monitor the annual abundance and distribution of adult winter-run and spring-run Chinook salmon returning to spawn in the Upper Sacramento River Basin. (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No. R11AS20014 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(1) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
