The principal feature of the work is to invite Indian Tribes, irrigation districts, water districts and other organizations with water or power delivery authority to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on urban and agricultural projects that improve ecosystem health, water supply reliability or water quality of the California Bay-Delta through water use efficiency and conservation. Period of Performance is from the date of issuance of the Agreement to approximately September 30, 2014. FOA R12AF20002 will be posted on the GRANTS.GOV web site, at www.grants.gov, on or about January 1, 2012. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or about March 14, 2012.
