The goal is to achieve epidemic control by 2030, following international standards (e.g., UNAIDS, International Health Regulations), and adapted to the local context. Based on PEPFAR’s 5×3 Strategic Framework (September 2022), the focus is on leveraging investments to build resilient health systems that can effectively respond to public health threats.
